HeiMat GmbH, the system supplier in metal processing from western Münsterland with over 130 permanent employees. HeiMat GmbH is a reliable partner in the field of manufacturing complex welding and mounting assembly. Our main customers are active in the field of height access technology, (rail) vehicle construction, the food and pharmaceutical industry, energy technology and mechanical engineering. In these areas, as a system supplier, we manufacture complete assemblies in small batch production including surface treatment and assembly. Our core competence lies in welding technology. Achieving the lowest possible component weight is the focus of many of our customers. For this reason, in addition to the common (stainless) steel materials, we mainly process fine-grain structural steels (up to STRENX960CR, STRENX1100MC and DOCOL1200M) and a wide variety of aluminum alloys (e.g. EN AW-5754, EN AW-6082, EN AW-7020) in-house. Accordingly, we have a very high certification standard in terms of welding technology and are subject to constant quality checks, including by our own in-house welding supervisor. Since last year, we have been allowed to weld assemblies for rail vehicles in accordance with DIN EN 15085 in the highest certification level CL1.
