The core competencies of Jütte GmbH are milling and turning, either in series or from a quantity of 1. For small quantities, a prototype production was created in a separate hall.
The highlights of our milling area are the Hedelius Tiltenta 7 with traverse paths of 2600X / 750Y / 700Z and a rotary table and swivel head for 5-axis machining of parts up to a diameter of around 800mm and a Hermle C22U with automation for parts up to around 250x180x180mm (aluminum , Steel slightly smaller).
In the turning area, the Index G220 stand out as a multitasking machine (spindle passage Ø65mm) for large series, the Mazak Integrex i300s as a multitasking machine for large diameters (up to Ø300mm) and a Doosan Lynx 2100LSY with robot automation (spindle passage Ø65).
These machines are supplemented by many more which are listed on our website in a machine list that can be downloaded and which in some cases cover significantly smaller component sizes.
In addition to the two core areas of milling and turning, there are also the areas of wire EDM (max. Further competencies are laser welding, laser marking, sandblasting, the assembly of assemblies and the washing of production parts in ultrasonic baths. A wide variety of packaging, such as welding the components in plastic packaging, is possible.
In quality assurance we have two programmable 3D coordinate measuring machines with a maximum travel of 1500X / 800Y / 400Z for the measurement of any contours and shapes. We also have an optical shaft measuring system from Mahr, which can measure and evaluate shafts with maximum dimensions of Ø45x250mm.
The creation of documentation such as test reports or protocols is now part of our day-to-day business and can therefore be handled smoothly.
