When size matters – The L-Series.
The Optogon L-Series is designed for precise and effective laser processing of workpieces with a depth of up to 750 mm and a width of 1200 mm or for palletized workpieces. Due to the laser system‘s design in laser class 1, the operator does not need to register with the employers‘ liability insurance association or appoint a laser safety officer.
Wide range of applications –
The use of maintenance-free, air-cooled fiber lasers with excellent beam quality enables economical processing of workpieces with high system availability. The laser‘s wavelength enables processing of a wide range of metals and plastics. Thanks to a very well graduated range of available laser powers, the optimal ratio of system price and processing speed is ensured in each case.
Intelligent design –
The design of the L-Series offers an optimal ratio of machine size and size of the working area. The innovative door concept allows an extremely wide opening of the machine with excellent accessibility to the complete machining area.
Precise processing –
Even in the basic version, all machines have a moving column system in common, which makes it possible to significantly increase the area to be machined or to select any machining position. This feature is unique in this machine class.
We solve your task!
The selectable equipment ranges from manual axes and dynamic linear axes to precision axes equipped with direct measuring systems. Depending on the accuracy requirements,
a wide variety of machine beds are available, ranging from steel constructions to Precret® beds and hard stone. The optional use of rotary tables (600 or 800 mm diameter) also allows loading and unloading to be carried out in parallel during machining for a high throughput of parts.
