The family business Heinrich Höner GmbH & Co. KG from Oelde / Lette in East Westphalia, which has been run for almost 80 years by the fourth generation, is a real veteran of the mechanical engineering industry with a focus on drive elements.
The company is by no means dusty, however. The machine park, which now comprises over 150 units on over 7000 m², is constantly being updated and expanded, just like the processes. The drive element manufacturer undergoes its own strict quality control, which is also regularly checked by the TÜV and which certifies compliance with the regulations with a DIN ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
The mechanical engineering company produces every conceivable version of drive elements in special construction according to customer requirements. Individual and small series production is offered. The production of high-precision drive elements, such as gears, pinion shafts, bevel gears, toothed shafts, worm gears, worm shafts, racks, etc. is possible thanks to its qualified employees. The company’s goals: manufacturing of the highest quality, product reliability and punctual delivery can only be achieved by creating a pleasant, honest and equal working atmosphere. This is why the company has been working closely with the works council for decades and also offers attractive pay. The company always focuses on being down-to-earth and on long-term strategic planning that goes hand in hand with the company’s goals so that it can continue to exist for decades to come.
Heinrich Höner GmbH & Co. KG employs almost 70 people. From trainees to employees who have been with the company for decades, a wide range of professional specializations are covered in both production and administration.
