Your challenge
Lead and develop our purchasing team and take responsibility for strategic and operational procurement.
Build and maintain strong and sustainable supplier relationships, conduct efficient negotiations and keep an eye on contract management.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure material availability and increase cost efficiency.
Analyze market trends and identify savings potential.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and sustainability requirements.
Work closely with other departments such as development, production and logistics to optimize the supply chain and support development projects.
Be involved in day-to-day business to ensure direct and efficient implementation of strategies.
You report to the VP Operations and provide key figures on purchasing performance.
Your talent
You have a degree in business, engineering or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the robotics, mechanical engineering or electronics industry.
You have experience in purchasing in a rapidly growing company and are familiar with the challenges of a young company and those that arise as a result of strong growth.
You have experience in global purchasing, particularly in Asia.
You have in-depth knowledge of contract law and supplier management.
You have experience in leading and motivating teams.
You have a hands-on mentality and the willingness to work operationally.
Fluent German and English are a given for you.
High levels of commitment, initiative and assertiveness are among your strengths.
You are willing to travel on business, e.g. to suppliers, and to work regularly at both locations in Konstanz and Villingen.
