Jellypipe: 3D printing service and business model for companies that want to sell 3D printed parts to their customers without purchasing a printer.
Jellypipe connects companies around 3D printing. With an in-house developed e-commerce platform, Jellypipe connects customers, companies from the industry, and print partners. Furthermore, 3d printed parts can be ordered online. In addition, Jellypipe offers advice on the procurement and design of components in additive manufacturing. The platform and the Jellypipe service are now offered in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, the Benelux countries, and England.
Currently, more than 100 so-called solution partners offer their customers 3D printing via the platform in their own shops. In this way, the partners expand their business field or enlarge their existing product range. They advise their customers on the design and procurement of 3D printed components.
The ordered 3D printed parts are produced by Jellypipe’s print partners. Jellypipe selects them carefully and ensures that new materials and technologies are constantly added to guarantee a broad range. Currently, 14 technologies and over 100 materials are offered. In addition, the print partners are regularly audited to ensure high quality.
A Jellypipe support team with engineers is available to the partners for advice on all aspects of 3D printing procurement and design. Jellypipe also takes over processes such as logistics and invoicing and simplifies the collaboration for all companies involved.
