Assembly and plant construction
As we have increasingly adopted the customer goal of “everything from a single source” as our primary objective from many discussions with customers over the years, we are constantly expanding our range of services to ensure that we meet current and future customer requirements and are always one step ahead of the times. We, the Neuenhauser team, are always happy to work with you to implement your projects in full. We support you with our vertical range of manufacture, from individual parts and assemblies to complete machines or systems, including installation work. Furthermore, testing and commissioning in the factory as well as on site at the end customer’s premises round off the offer.
Contract manufacturing
When the company was founded, contract manufacturing was the first and therefore also the oldest division. From its founding in 1955 to the present day, the division has developed excellently with all production facets and market requirements. This is where our customers find their home when it comes to having production parts manufactured, whether simple or complex, as individual or series parts. This also includes the production of rollers with different designs, a wide range of materials, both with and without coating, as well as special chill rollers.
Our highly motivated and well-trained employees, i.e. the production team, are the foundation in combination with our extensive machinery. Your components are optimally embedded in the production processes in advance so that the “employee with the machine” can manufacture the task in the best possible, cost-optimized and target-oriented way. Depending on the type of component (large or small, material, cast part, welded part or semi-finished product), there are also automated machine units that can be operated either in parallel (multi-machine operation) or “unmanned (series production)”.
