TOPP Förder- & Profilsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized, owner-managed company from Menden (Sauerland).
We have been dealing with conveyor technology for over 30 years and with the manufacture and sale of our own aluminum profile systems for mechanical engineering for over 25 years.
On the basis of our aluminum profiles, we develop our conveyor and automation technology, workpiece carrier transfer systems, ergonomic workstations, frame structures and protective fence systems tailored to customer requirements.
As problem solvers, we are often involved in the development and project planning of our customers right from the start. Thanks to our early involvement and our years of experience, we can provide valuable input into the design and layout of the overall applications right from the start.
The 3D-CAD data created by our engineers can be used in advance in large-scale planning for virtually positioning.
A team of around 50 dedicated employees stands for customer-oriented service.
Our modern CNC production, consisting of:
– 1 x 12-axis machining center
– 1 x 5-axis machining center
– 2 x high-speed gantry milling machine
with vacuum clamping table
clamping surface up to 3,000 x 2,000 mm
for machining large surface elements
– fully automatic front-side thread cutting machine
as well as a conventional machine park, is available for the production of individual parts as well as series production. Our experienced assembly team assembles complex systems turnkey in your company on request.
