Wendt Maschinenbau
is a machine supplier for the rubber, plastic, ceramic / building material and packaging industries. We manufacture according to drawings from our own design subsidiary, MV automatic GmbH, but also according to drawings from our customers. We produce the individual parts of the assemblies, wire the assemblies and hose them pneumatically and hydraulically. We produce the switch cabinets and do the control programming. We first set up the machines and systems that are created in this way in our factory, after acceptance we deliver and assemble internationally, put them into operation and take over maintenance as well as the supply of spare parts. We supply our customers with design, hardware and related services from a single source. We are a system supplier!
In addition, we offer our manufacturing options on a subcontract basis. We can process weights up to 20 tons and a length of 13 meters. We have very young 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis processing machines as well as portal machines, boring mills and traveling column machines.
We offer our own products in the printing sector. With our Alvar product line, we develop and build robust and easy-to-use flexographic printing units. In the area of “descaling”, we offer a special ring descaling process for steelworks and a surface finishing process for MDF for the wood industry.
