HYGIENE AND SAFETY MEASURES AT FMB 2021
As the organiser, we have created a comprehensive hygiene concept for compliance with hygiene and safety measures at FMB 2021.
The legal basis is the requirements of the CoronaSchVO of the state of North Rine-Westphalia. These requirements are technically easy for us to implement, because they already meet our current standard.
The main key points are: the pre-registration of visitors, the follow-up of contacts, the compliance with the distance rules and the implementation of the hygiene regulations.
The CoronaSchVO is continuously updated and the requirements for trade fair organisers are reduced from month to month. We will keep you informed of the most important changes.
Registration:
Very important for visitors: It is absolutely necessary to register online before the fair. This shortens the processes at the entrance to the fair and enables.
3G proof for access to the fair:
The FMB 2021 will be held as a 3G event in accordance with the Corona Protection Ordinance of the State of NRW. You need a 3G proof for admission regardless of incidence: complete vaccination protection, recovery or a negative rapid test or PCR test result from an official testing centre. The negative rapid test must have been taken no more than 24 hours ago (PCR test 48h), the second vaccination must have been taken at least 14 days ago, the positive PCR test result for recovery between 28 days and 6 months ago. We will inform you about testing possibilities on site shortly before the fair.
The Red Cross offers testing facilities for rapid tests and PCR tests in Hall 12 of the Exhibition Centre. The hall is located on P2 and can be reached quickly on foot and by car.
The test centre is open at the following times:

12.11. 7:45 – 18:00

14.11. 9:00 – 15:00
Please register here before the test and book a free time slot: https://testzentren-lippe.de/anmeldung/ and then select DRK-Testzentrum Bad Salzuflen.
The tests have to be paid on site with EC-cash, the cost is 15,00 € per test. PCR tests can also be carried out on request, e.g. for certain destinations following the FMB. The cost of a PCR test is €73.00 per test. Please note that the evaluation of PCR tests takes at least 24 hours.
Contact tracking:
When registering online, official contact details must be provided. On site, contact tracking is done via the EasyGo system. The visitor can leave his contact details with his admission ticket “contact-free” at the exhibitor’s reader.
Distance control:
At entrances and exits as well as in the catering areas, the observance of the distances is pointed out with the help of barriers and floor markings. Right-hand traffic” applies in the aisles (which must be at least three metres wide).
Hygiene regulations:
Exhibitors and visitors must wear protective masks, except in the case of seats with a sufficient distance. Masks can be provided if required. In addition, each stand will be provided with sufficient disinfectants for hand hygiene. Disinfection dispensers are available on the common areas and in the toilet facilities. In addition, regular cleaning and contact surface disinfection of the sanitary and common areas take place.
