Your tasks:
Construction management in the air conditioning and ventilation trades
Construction management from planning, execution to commissioning
Monitoring of projects in technical, scheduling and economic terms
Participation in on-site meetings
Employee management within the project
Your qualifications:
Engineer or state-certified technician in the field of supply technology / building technology or completed training as a technical system planner, technical draftsman or a comparable other qualification
Professional experience in the field of air conditioning and ventilation is desirable
First Experience in construction management
Good knowledge of the DIN and VOB regulations
Commitment, ability to work in a team and flexibility
