Head of Sales

Tasks:
• Management & development of the sales team
• Development & implementation of the sales strategy to achieve the company's goals in the area of CAD/PDM/PLM/CAM
• Responsible management of all sales activities, budget planning, forecasting & reporting
• Support of key account customers and active acquisition of new customers
• Preparation, tracking and negotiation of offers, especially in strategic projects
• Close exchange with business unit management, sales managers from other areas and marketing
Profile:
• Completed business administration/technical degree / comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in B2B sales/sales management desirable
• Experience in the Autodesk environment is an advantage
• Analytical & strategic skills
• Excellent language skills in DE and ENG
• Strong communication skills, creativity & negotiating skills
• Enjoyment in leading & developing employees
