Key Account Manager CAD/PDM (m/w/d)
in NRW - full-time - 100% mobile office / 1 x weekly in the Gütersloh office
Tasks:
• Acquiring new customers
• Advice on our products & services
• Positioning of cross-departmental solutions, add-on products, especially process-relevant services such as analyses & workshops
• Support and strategic customer development
• Identification of customer needs, creating resulting offers, following up and completing orders
• Development of individual solution concepts in collaboration with experienced consultants
• Responsibility for project implementation & coordination
• Support with marketing activities & events
Profile:
• Several years of professional experience in B2B sales
• Experience in the Autodesk environment (CAD/PDM/PLM/CAM) is an advantage
• Analytical & strategic skills
• High customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking & ability to work in a team
• Excellent language skills in German & English
• Strong communication skills, creativity & negotiating skills
