We are looking for a head of assembly (gn) from the electronics field for our management team in production! The focus of management is in the area of general mechatronics.
Your tasks:
– Ensuring that production in the assembly area is carried out on time and to a high quality
– Technical and disciplinary management of employees in the assigned area
– Organizing the work processes of production orders in the assembly area
– Taking on the role of responsible electrical engineer (VEFK)
– Identifying and implementing measures for continuous improvement
– Procurement and management of tools
– Quality assurance and output control during production
– Organizing measures to maintain and expand technical qualifications
– Further development and training of employees
– Consultation with design regarding changes and improvements
– Error analysis and CIP
– Accompanying the complaint process in the event of deviations from the specification
– Working in SAP – especially for key figure preparation and target figures
