Your qualifications
– Completed technical studies in electrical engineering, computer science or similar
– Several years of experience in electronics development, preferably in the field of safety-related systems, design of safety hardware
– Knowledge of development in C (standard C99, MISRA C-2012, GCC), C++ and Qt Framework, script languages (Lua/Python), embedded programming
– Knowledge of software architecture that ensures easy maintenance, testing (automated if possible) and reusability
– Interfaces and bus systems (CAN, CANopen, IO-Link, RS485,…)
Your area of responsibility
– Development of safety-relevant sensors/systems (hardware and software) in accordance with IEC61508 (SIL3) and elevator standards EN 81 in the field of magnetic measurement and positioning technology
– Development of embedded systems
– Simulation and development of digital and analog circuits
– Development of electronic sensors for signal processing
– Accompanying the development process from the concept until series production is ready
– Carrying out functional and performance tests
– Interface coordination with adjacent areas such as QM and production
– Creation of documentation and planning/conducting tests for and within the framework of certifications
– Contact person for development topics/coordination of requirements with customers, specialist departments and communication with TÜV
