If you need sophisticated and precisely machined steel components in very large dimensions, then WiRoPa GmbH in Gescher/Münsterland is definitely the right place for you. The company describes itself as a “specialist for XXL service in steel” and lives by this principle, as the machine equipment shows. A tandem press with a working width of 20.4 meters and 2,500 tons of pressing force is available for bending. The largest plasma and laser cutting systems travel on a 70 meter rail and process parts up to 5.20 meters wide with sheet thicknesses of up to 60 mm.
WiRoPa can offer its customers the highest level of flexibility and a fast process chain even for very large projects – starting with its own warehouse with around 4,000 tons of material and continuing with versatile and competent support throughout the entire project phase. This often includes optimizing the design data provided by the customer for production.
