Efficiency is essential in industrial automation and robotics. The new liteECO® INTEGRATED series from SMELA GmbH offers a revolutionary solution with maximum performance and minimum space requirements. As a compact electromechanical alternative to pneumatic short-stroke cylinders, these actuators are ideal for production lines, machine tools and packaging systems.

The patented arrangement of motor and mechanics enables space savings of up to 80 % compared to conventional electrical solutions. Thanks to highly efficient servomotors with integrated positioning sensors, both simple and complex motion profiles can be implemented precisely – for fixing, adjusting or moving motion sequences.
A major advantage of the liteECO® series is its energy efficiency: energy savings of up to 90% compared to pneumatic systems make the new actuators more cost-effective and environmentally friendly. The series is also designed for a long service life and easy maintenance. Refurbishment – the replacement of worn mechanics – extends the life cycles of the actuators and conserves resources.

The LE-INTEGRATED actuators offer an integrated drive controller for 24 or 48 volt operating voltage in addition to the servo motor and linear mechanics. Flexible control takes place via EtherCAT, CANopen or digital IOs and enables simple integration into automation systems.

Thanks to IP65 sealing and M8 and M12 circular connectors, the series is also suitable for demanding requirements. The maximum stroke is 85 or 115 millimetres, with precise positioning options across the entire range.

To summarize: The liteECO® INTEGRATED series combines the advantages of electric actuators with important functions for high industrial requirements and maximum energy efficiency in an extremely compact design.
