Hanover, July 2024 – Maximum food safety when using timing belts
Compliance with noise limits in workspaces and public areas is required by international law. Plant manufacturers in particular have a great interest in components that are as quiet as possible, such as conveyor belt systems. The issue of noise emissions is therefore becoming increasingly important, leading to a worldwide increase in demand for quiet conveyor belts. With the new PVK125LN LRxFS-NA low-noise conveyor belt, Forbo Movement Systems is setting new standards in terms of efficiency and noise reduction and offers an innovative solution for companies that depend on quiet and reliable conveyor technology. The conveyor belt is equipped with a special tension member and a brushed surface on the running side, which leads to a reduction in sliding noise when operating over a sliding table and thus ensures minimal noise pollution. The PVK125LN LRxFS-NA not only impresses with its special low-noise technology, but also with its high-quality materials and valuable safety features.
Optimum transportation
Thanks to the soft polyvinyl chloride coating with longitudinal grooves as a surface structure, items of luggage, boxes or parcels are transported safely and reliably on inclined conveyors with inclines of up to 7°.
Additional safety
Compliance with the legal requirements for low flammability in accordance with ASTM D-378 offers additional safety. The belts extinguish after ignition and do not re-ignite even when exposed to air.
