A complete marking solution Gravotech presents the Mini-Inline, their proven concept for safe laser marking, designed for industrial companies and integrators who want to free themselves from the complexity and cost of a Class 1 laser.
The Mini-Inline is a laser protection funnel that is attached between the laser marker and the part.
This product was developed in collaboration with a large automotive company to mark large metal or plastic industrial parts in confined spaces without affecting the speed of a production line

With its anodized aluminum chamber, the Mini-Inline isolates the laser beam emitted by our laser marker from the working environment. Multiple safety sensors ensure the presence of the mini inline and the part to be marked.
Marking only begins when the Mini-Inline is correctly attached and when the part to be marked is present.
Particle management was also considered: the laser system can be connected to a suitable extraction system via a connection. The fumes and particles generated during the laser marking process are extracted and transported to the industrial extraction filters thanks to a sophisticated system of air ducts, optimized to avoid the deposition and accumulation of particles inside the mini inline or even the lens of the industrial laser marking system.
An integrated camera system is also available, which enables the previously marked data matrix code to be read directly.
Safety glasses are not required.
