Hanover, August 2024 – Optimal solution for demanding applications in the bakery and beyond
The new Transilon polyurethane grade offers a special solution for food production, especially for applications requiring temperatures above 100 °C. This innovative belt type E 4/2 U0/U2 HACCP-FF-PS-HT blue FDA is already being used successfully by a renowned end customer as an oven infeed and outfeed belt.
Suitable for very high temperatures
Compared to conventional silicone and standard polyurethane belts, article 906834 is characterized by its very high temperature resistance.
These properties make 906834 ideal for use in bakeries for oven feeding and dispensing, in the confectionery industry as well as in the production of cooked meat products and other hot industrial processes such as the transportation of plastic or rubber products.
Process reliability and cost reduction
The special belt design prevents delamination and guarantees a stable splice. The pre-shrunk fabric retains its shape throughout its entire service life, which means process reliability and cost reduction for users. In addition, the lint-free fabric offers increased food safety as it reduces the risk of contamination. The blue color of the belt makes it easier to detect foreign objects and reduces light reflection, resulting in more pleasant working conditions.
The new polyurethane belt is FDA, EU and MHLW-certified, making it ideal for direct contact with food. It also supports existing HACCP concepts in food production.
