Lightweights of construction
Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, variably
configurable and precise: High performance
tube clamps are indispensable
in machine or plant engineering
without them. INOCON is now adding
connectors made of glass-fiber reinforced
plastic in its product range.
Tube clamps are universally usable connecting elements
for tube-based constructions, most people think of parts
made of metal. As a rule, these are actually made of
stainless steel investment castings or die-cast aluminum.
But there is no rule without an exception: INOCON now
offers tube clamps in a wide range of different
configuration made of glass fiber-reinforced polyamide.
These connectors can withstand temperatures up to
100 °C are suitable for applications where corrosion
resistance is required, where weight must be reduced or
where the visual effect is important. Because the plastic
connectors are appealing thanks to their exceptionally
smooth and matte surfaces and their colorfulness. In
addition to classic black (RAL 9005), they are also
available in elegant gray (RAL 7040).
INOCON offers the plastic tube clamps as cross, flanged,
base, T-angle, sleeve, swivel as well as joint connectors in
the most important dimensions. This means that nothing
stands in the way of implementing the most individual
designs. And if other tube diameters are required other
tube diameters are required, then specially ribbed adapter
bushings (RSB.P), also made of polyamide, can be used.
