murrplastik supplied customized and fully assembled robot dresspacks for Stecher Automation, including media support for the media feed from the robot base to the tool for the fully automated matrix cell. Thanks to the flexible EWX-PAE corrugated conduit for small bending radii and the suitable individual components, high loads on axes 5 and 6 of the robot are no longer a challenge.
Furthermore, a fully assembled energy chain with guide channel for linear axis 7 was created. The professional assembly of the robot dresspacks and the energy chains is also carried out by murrplastik in cooperation with Stecher Automation.
The resulting robot solution from Stecher Automation in combination with the suitable media system support is configured in such a way that further components can be easily added. Thus, a sustainable and future-oriented system was created for the end customer.
