Manual assembly system with visual user guidance for applications: Assembly, digitizing and/or testing.
These workstations can be used flexibly and adapted to any application or product. The user guidance, supported by BIA AES-TEST™ with visual cues, makes work easier. Simple adaptations, such as language switching, can be used to meet individual operator requirements.
Whether with handheld screwdrivers, label printers, handheld scanners or manual assembly, such as clips, the integrated sensor system checks the relevant features and acknowledges them as IO or issues corresponding instructions to generate an IO case.
The traceability of the data is ensured by a connected scanner/hand scanner that identifies barcodes or data matrix codes. All assembly data is stored via an interface to a traceability database.
In addition, great importance is attached to ergonomics at these workstations, which can be checked and validated with the help of VR analyses.
