Printed circuit board assembly system
In this system, printed circuit boards for a BLDC motor are joined with joining tolerances of less than 0.1 mm. The joining process is controlled by force/displacement monitoring. The PCB and the BLDC motor are then additionally bonded with adhesive.
The system has a modular design and is divided into the loading and unloading area at the front and the joining and gluing process areas at the rear. The workpiece nests are indexed by a rotary indexing table.
