Hybrid 1K/2K bonding process
This fully automated system in the electronics sector, especially for BLDC motors (motor assembly in a diffuser), is designed for the assembly and bonding processes using robots.
The product is transported on a workpiece carrier circulation system and cycled through the individual production steps.
In this process, a robot-guided dosing system applies UV adhesive volumetrically to components that are precisely aligned with each other. The adhesive is then cured under UV light.
