High-precision broaching and notching
these are the two core processes in this automation system we have implemented.
The process forces required for this are provided by the new “Smart Function Kits for pressing and joining applications” from Bosch Rexroth, which also take over the process monitoring (force/displacement curve).
The interlinking of the individual processes in our machining system, which produces in 8-second cycles, is realized by means of two KUKA handling robots and a lifting step conveyor developed in-house.
