Driven roller conveyors

Driven roller conveyors are well suited for the gentle transportation of goods. Force transmission from roller to roller is generally realised with an interior tangential steel chain or an upright shaft with round belt drive, bevel wheel etc. Replacing rollers or the drive medium is associated with a lot of effort for these drive types. Topp roller conveyors feature innovative drive technology. Generally power transmission is from the outside. Aside from the steel roller chain drive, using a tangential continuous toothed belt is possible. Fast access is provided by a removable hinged cover, and the rollers can be easily changed when needed by loosening the axis screws on the face end. Protection against reaching in is assured at all times in accordance with the Accident Prevention Regulation (UVV). Topp roller conveyors do not require a flange plate for mounting the lateral guide. With the closed, hinged cover profiles, we create an immaculate appearance with an easy to clean surface. The roller conveyors are compatible with the proven Topp aluminium profile system based on the 10 mm groove width.
