Final testing of BLDC motors
This system was designed for 100% final testing of BLDC motors.
The following processes and tests are carried out within the machine:
Battery simulation, automatic contacting, electrical safety test in accordance with DIN, electrical function test, efficiency measurement, speed measurement, vacuum measurement, run-up and run-down time test, BEMF test and vibration measurement using a high-precision laser.
The recorded measurement data is processed both in tabular and graphical form and transmitted to a higher-level host computer system via an OPC UA interface.
