When producing punched and bent parts, we rely on a coordinated machine park: Eccentric presses with up to 120 strokes/min and a pressing force of up to 1600 kN. Automatic punching machines with up to 300 strokes/min and a pressing force of up to 800 kN. Hydraulic presses for processing strip steel with a width of up to 500 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, or 200 mm wide and a thickness of 8 mm.
2500 kN pressing force with up to 30 strokes per minute and a table size of 1600 x 1000 mm, installation height 900 mm, stroke 600 mm. Our machine park allows economical and inexpensive production series with the highest precision in punching and drawing processing.
We also have many years of experience in contract punching: we can punch on request.

For example, from the medical and pharmaceutical industry, electrical industry, automotive industry…etc. Special feature: With progressive composite tools, punched parts with complex contours can be produced in just one operation.
